Capital Discount Furniture requires a deposit of 50% of the total purchase price for all orders. Orders received without a deposit will be held pending the receipt of the deposit payment. All payments must be received from the purchaser as identified in the purchase order. No third-party payments will be accepted, unless approved in writing by Capital Discount Furniture. Acceptance of third-party payments is an accommodation and does not create any relationship between Capital Discount Furniture and the third party. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Acknowledged orders canceled prior to entering production or received by Capital Discount Furniture is subject to a fee in the amount of 20% of the total purchase price. Cancellation inquiries thereafter will be at the sole discretion of Capital Discount Furniture or manufacturer. The purchaser agrees that the cancellation fees compensate Capital Discount Furniture for the reasonable costs associated with canceled order. Capital Discount Furniture attempts to fulfill all items at the point of sale. However, if any item(s) is back ordered or discontinued at any point prior to delivery, the buyer is still responsible for any items that can be fulfilled. Item(s) that is discontinued will be refunded at full value at point of sale.
